Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and labels remain intact to qualify for a refund.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
